Applies to VendorsHub vendor accounts — website and Android app

If you registered as a vendor on VendorsHub and want your account and associated data deleted, follow the steps below. This applies whether you signed up through our website or the VendorsHub Android app — both use the same account system.

How to Request Deletion

1Contact us using any of the methods below, and include the mobile number you registered with so we can locate your listing.
2Tell us you want your VendorsHub vendor account and data deleted.
3We will confirm your identity using your registered mobile number, then permanently delete your account.
4You'll receive a confirmation once deletion is complete. This is typically done within 7 business days of your request.

What Gets Deleted

Your name, business name, mobile number, and WhatsApp number
Your business description, category, address, and area
Your shop photo and passport-size photo
Your Aadhaar verification photo (stored in our private, secure storage)
Your login PIN
Your public listing will be removed from VendorsHub immediately and will no longer appear in search results

What May Be Retained, and For How Long

We do not retain your personal data after a verified deletion request, except in limited cases where we're required to keep basic records (such as for fraud prevention or legal compliance). Any such retained data is kept for no longer than 90 days after your deletion request, after which it is permanently removed from our systems.

Browsing Without an Account

Note that customers browsing VendorsHub to find vendors do not need an account and do not have any personal data stored by us in the first place — this deletion process applies specifically to registered vendor accounts.
